A good head shot isn't rocket science, but there is a certain criteria that casting directors for film and television are looking for when they are pouring through thousands of head shots. As a part-time film/tv actor and member of the Screen Actor's Guild, photographer Matt Timmons knows many of the local casting directors and agents themselves.
